Code of Conduct

While you are employed at Westlake Middle School you MUST follow the Code of Conduct or you will be suspended or even terminated from your position. Staff members are required at all times to maintain a good relationship with their co-workers. Blocking them is not an option. It's unprofessional. While employed here you cannot:

Miss more than 3 days a month
Use vulgar language while on Westlake Campus or in the Westlake Discord
Violate the dress code
Violate the agreement you agreed to when you were hired
Work for another school unless you can still attend without missing 3 days
Troll at other schools
Cause drama with others

While employed here you MUST:

Follow all staff rules
Show up for school ON TIME
Stay professional
Be active in the discord
Respect EVERYONE including those under you
Wear the uniform during school hours
Do YOUR job and no one else's unless asked to
Work hard for a promotion and not ask for it
